This guitar is an extraordinary example of the classic Gibson Les Paul Custom, previously owned by our good friend and colleague Martin Waugh. This exact guitar has played a particularly special role in his musical career as a session guitarist, touring most places on the planet and performing at some of the music industry’s biggest events, including the MTV Awards, Coachella, Fuji Rock, and Glastonbury.

It’s HEAVY, weighing in at 11.76lbs, but sounds absolutely killer! As you can see from the images, it showcases some significant wear in places — all of which has come from an extended career performing live on some of the biggest stages.

Alongside all the stories this guitar carries, it’s fundamentally a fantastic instrument, with super high-output pickups that absolutely scream when run through distortion. It’s a great option for anyone after a road-worn guitar that’s perfect for gigging and delivers huge tones.
