Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. To visit our showroom, you must book an appointment. We offer 1 hour private slots for you to try our guitars through a plethora of excellent amplifiers.
Can I reserve a guitar before my appointment?
Absolutely! We can hold a guitar for 24 hours prior to a confirmed appointment to ensure it doesn't sell while you are travelling. For longer holds, we require a small refundable deposit.
Are your prices negotiable?
We price our instruments competitively based on rarity, condition, and the current market. Whilst our prices are usually always final, we do reserve our best prices for trade-in offers
Do you do setups?
We do not offer any guitar services in-store, including restringing, tuning, servicing, or repairs.
