This Fender Japan ST57-53 Stratocaster in Black is a great nod to the mid-50s golden era. Built at the highly regarded Fujigen factory during the "Made in Japan" era, it features a solid basswood body paired with a one-piece maple neck cut to a comfortable '57 soft "V" profile. The fretboard sticks to traditional specs with a 7.25" radius and 21 vintage-style frets.

Acoustically snappy and resonant, the guitar runs a trio of factory Japanese single-coils that deliver classic, clear Strat chime across all five positions. Outfitted with an old-school single-ply white pickguard, a six-screw synchronized tremolo, and vintage-style Gotoh tuners, it is a straightforward, highly reliable reissue that looks sharp and plays exceptionally well.
