The 2015 Les Paul Supreme is a unique twist on the traditional solid-body Les Paul, featuring a thinline semi-hollow construction with a carved AAAA maple top and a matching figured maple back. This model was built to celebrate Les Paul’s 100th birthday, distinguished by the "Les Paul 100" headstock signature and a commemorative hologram on the back of the headstock. The Supreme is heavily appointed with gold hardware, multi-ply binding, and intricate Mother of Pearl and Abalone "Crown" inlays, making it one of the most ornamental guitars in Gibson’s modern catalog.

Tonally, the Supreme offers a wider, more acoustic-like frequency response thanks to its hollowed chambers. It features a unique pickup pairing: a 498T in the bridge for classic high-output rock tones and a floating mini humbucker in the neck.
