The 2014 Charvel Super Stock SD1 FR was a limited run that pairs a heavy Silver Sparkle finish with a black anodized aluminum pickguard. It’s built on the classic San Dimas platform with an alder body, an oil-finished quartersawn maple neck, and a 12–16 inch compound radius rosewood fingerboard.

It keeps the controls minimal with a single volume knob and a 3-way toggle. Pickups are factory zebra Seymour Duncans, a JB in the bridge, and a '59 in the neck, wired to handle high gain without getting muddy. Hardware includes a top-mounted Floyd Rose 1000 series double-locking tremolo that stays in tune through heavy whammy use. Includes original Charvel hardcase.
