2008 Gibson Les Paul Classic Antique - Honeyburst

Built in Nashville, Tennessee, the 2008 Gibson Les Paul Classic Antique updates the traditional Classic formula with high-end vintage aesthetic touches. It features a figured maple top on a weight-relieved mahogany back, finished in a classic Honeyburst. Unlike standard Classics, the Antique series features an ornate bound headstock with a crown peghead inlay and aged top binding.

reached by a comfortable '60s SlimTaper neck profile, the rosewood fingerboard features aged pearloid trapezoid inlays. Instead of the hotter ceramic pickups found on regular Classics, the Antique model comes factory-equipped with nickel-covered Gibson '57 Classic (neck) and '57 Classic Plus (bridge) humbuckers for PAF-style tone. Hardware includes a Tune-O-Matic bridge, stopbar tailpiece, and nickel Gibson deluxe tuners. Includes the original Gibson hardshell case.
