2007 Gibson Custom Shop '58 Les Paul Standard Reissue (R8) - Washed Cherry

Built in Nashville, Tennessee, this 2007 Gibson Custom Shop 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue (R8) pairs a solid mahogany body with a plain maple top finished in Washed Cherry nitrocellulose lacquer. Built to vintage spec, it features a long neck tenon joining the solid mahogany neck to the body for enhanced sustain and acoustic transfer, along with the period-correct chunky '58 neck profile.

Electronics consist of a calibrated pair of unpotted Gibson BurstBucker humbuckers (BurstBucker 1 in the neck and BurstBucker 2 in the bridge) wired to CTS pots and bumblebee-style capacitors. Hardware includes an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, lightweight aluminum stopbar tailpiece, and vintage-style tuners. Includes the original Gibson Custom Shop hardshell case and Certificate of Authenticity.

Overall condition of the guitar is excellent with very few signs of wear. The top and back are completely clean with a a few scratches on the headstock. Electronics function perfectly and sound fantastic!
