This 1998 PRS Custom 22 in Cherry Red is a great example from a really strong period of PRS production, combining their signature build quality with a versatile and refined sound. Built with a mahogany body and a carved maple top, it has a rich, balanced tone with plenty of sustain and clarity.

Fitted with a pair of PRS humbuckers, it delivers a wide range of usable tones, from warm, smooth sounds through to more driven, focused tones, all while maintaining a clear and articulate character.

The Wide Fat neck profile gives it a comfortable, slightly fuller feel in the hand, while still remaining easy to play across the board. It’s a really well-balanced guitar that feels solid and responsive.

Finished in Cherry Red, it keeps things classic while still showing off the figuring of the maple top underneath. A really well-built and versatile PRS from a great era, this is a seriously solid example.
