2025 Gibson Custom Shop '58 Les Paul Standard Reissue R8 - Bourbon Burst

Built in Nashville, Tennessee, this 2025 Gibson Custom Shop '1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue (R8) pairs a 2-piece carved plain maple top with an un-chambered, 1-piece lightweight mahogany back. Finished in a rich Bourbon Burst nitro finish, it utilises traditional hide-glue construction and historic vintage specs throughout.

The solid mahogany neck features a chunky '50s rounded "C" profile, topped with an Indian rosewood fingerboard and aged cellulose nitrate trapezoid inlays. Electronics feature a pair of unpotted Custombucker Alnico III humbuckers handwired to CTS 500K audio taper potentiometers and paper-in-oil capacitors for dynamic, airy vintage PAF character. Hardware includes a ABR-1 bridge, lightweight aluminum stopbar, and Kluson single-line tuners. Includes original Lifton reissue hardshell case, COA, and case candy!
