1990 Gibson Les Paul Standard - Heritage Cherry Sunburst

This 1990 Gibson Les Paul Standard in Heritage Cherry Sunburst comes from the celebrated "Good Wood Era" of Gibson production in Nashville. It is in exceptionally clean condition, featuring a solid mahogany body paired with a carved plain maple top, a set mahogany neck, and a bound rosewood fretboard with classic trapezoid inlays.

It retains its original, factory-installed Gibson "The Original" circuit-board humbuckers designed by Bill Lawrence (HB-R neck / HB-L bridge). Only produced from 1988 to mid-1990, these pickups deliver exceptional string separation, high output clarity, and a balanced dynamic response. Hardware includes a chrome Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge, stopbar tailpiece, and Gibson Deluxe tuners. A stand-out example from a fantastic era of USA production.

Overall condition of this guitar is excellent. There are very few signs of use and wear on the body other than a small ding on the binding along the lower bout. There are light scratches on the headstock and a crack on the neck pickup ring plastic. Other than that, the guitar is flawless and shines - all the electronics function perfectly and sound phenomenal!
