This 1998 Rickenbacker 620 in Jetglo is a solid example of the brand’s iconic "Cresting Wave" design. Unlike the hollow-body 300 series, the 620 features a neck-through-body maple construction, which provides significantly more sustain and a tighter, more focused midrange. The lacquered rosewood fingerboard is finished with the classic "Sharkfin" pearloid inlays and full body/neck binding, maintaining the premium specs of the 600 series.

The guitar is equipped with Hi-Gain single-coil pickups, delivering the signature Rickenbacker chime while offering enough output to handle heavier overdrive. It features the standard dual-jack plate for Rick-O-Sound stereo output and the fifth "blend" knob for fine-tuning the balance between pickups. It's a compact, professional-grade instrument that covers a lot of ground, from vintage jangle to more aggressive modern rock.
