The Gibson Les Paul Junior is one of the holy grail instruments that should be in every guitarists arsenal. Often overlooked because of its basic design, these guitars are extremely versatile and boast a rich, broad tone that has become desired by guitarists all over the world. This specific Junior is from 1956, making it one of few youll find on the market from the golden era of Gibson. It features a chunky 50s neck profile, the original dogear P-90 pickup and tons of character and tone. These 50s juniors became the favoured guitars of many classic rockers and virtuosos throughout history, including Lesley West of Mountain, John Lennon of The Beatles, Keith Richards from The Rolling Stones, Mick Jones of The Clash and Neil Young. The simple construction of this guitar gives it a sustain and resonance like no other and it truly is one of the greatest guitars weve ever had the pleasure of stocking. It showcases some genuine wear and tear that gives this guitar some real mojo and character that only adds to the incredible aura of this guitar.
The electronics are original and untouched; however, it has received a small bit of work to ensure it remains playable. The guitar has been refretted, has had a nut replacement and the bridge has been swapped out for a Faber compensated wraparound. The original nut and bridge are included in this sale, as is a non-original hardcase.

Our UK Mainland delivery is taken care of by UPS for our flat rate of £29. All of our instruments are shipped fully insured so you can rest easy knowing your parcel is in safe hands.
Upon ordering with us, we take 24 hours to check, clean and package your guitar. From there, UPS handle the rest.
